Commis Chef - Confectionery at LSG Sky Chefs Things Remembered Services FZE

We are currently looking for a Commis Chef – Confectionery to be based at Sky Chefs Things Remembered Services FZE Limited situated at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja 

What is this job all about? 

Ideally, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operations of the Confectionery, prepare and make products according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience 

• Diploma in Hospitality Management with a bias in Food production or a relevant field.
• Certification in food safety or knowledge in HACCP is an added advantage 
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments. 
• Highly organized and a team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
