    Factory Manager

    Job Summary

    • This position is the key interface between the business and plant manufacturing, leading and monitoring all operational aspects of the manufacturing sites, including compliance, production process, and adherence to the supply plan and inventory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for production (OEE, production plan, level of service, etc.) and external warehouses/facilities (collection center)
    • Plan, organize and supervise manufacturing activities. 
    • Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency
    • Coordinate the maintenance by ensuring the critical equipment parts, machinery availability, performance and cost.
    • Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, procurement, quality and planning
    • Proactively looking for improvements/efficiencies
    • Factory management with clear focus on P&L impact 
    • Develop an enterprise-wide operating strategy at the manufacturing site, including detailed workflows, transparent demand forecasts.
    • Lead all operational aspects of the manufacturing sites, including compliance, QA procedures, product formulas & specifications, production process, inventory, and adherence to the supply plan.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement plans associated with manufacturing plant process and product quality consistency.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, manufacturing, Industrial Management or related.  
    • 5 -10 years of experience as Factory Manager   
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.  
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication and training capability; able to engage all organizational levels.

    Key Account Manager

    Job Summary

    •  The Key Account Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Oil and Gas South, sales and business development team while driving revenue growth through strategic client relationships and team performance optimization.
    • This role combines hands on key account management with team leadership to ensure achievements of sales targets and business development objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Management: 

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales and business development executives to achieve individual and team targets.

    Joint Venture Director

    Job Summary

    • Lead the joint venture end to end to deliver the approved Business Plan—owning P&L performance, governance, and compliance—while reporting to the Board, stewarding budget and CAPEX decisions per reserved matters/approval rules, and coordinating all functions (operations, agribusiness, supply chain, finance, quality, and commercial) so production, imports/exports, and cash objectives are met safely, ethically, and cost effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • In collaboration with JV Partner, maintains a focus on end‑to‑end accountability for crop yield, quality, and seasonality risk, including mitigation plans (varietal choice, inputs, irrigation, harvest timing).
    • Works with JV Partner to oversee annual crop plans and yield forecasts; validation of downside/upside scenarios and contingency sourcing strategies.
    • Advocate and steward of long‑term, trust‑based relationships with farmers and growers, ensuring fair commercial practices, timely payments, and transparent quality standards.
    • Supports JV Partner in farmer engagement models, extension services, and incentive structures to secure sustainable supply.
    • Proactively look for new Agri partners together with Agri Manager, Quality Manager and internal stakeholders
    • Build and develop a high‑performing local leadership team with clear succession plans for critical roles.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and fair employment practices across operations.
    • Act as crisis leader for operational disruptions (crop failure, quality incidents, regulatory actions, logistics shutdowns), ensuring timely Board communication and resolution.

    Requirements

    • 15+ years in FMCG/food with P&L ownership and cross functional leadership; proven delivery against budgets/EBITDA.
    • Hands-on JV governance and Board reporting; familiarity with reserved matters frameworks and decision rights.
    • Strong financial management/controlling (monthly closing, product costing, markups, budgeting) and CAPEX evaluation.
    • Supply chain/S&OP oversight across production, imports/exports, and logistics; experience in emerging markets (Nigeria context a plus).
    • Exposure to Quality & Food Safety systems to provide governance oversight (e.g., HACCP/FSSC 22000 interface with Quality).
    • Proficiency with ERP/BI for product cost breakdowns and KPI dashboards; understanding of treasury/banking interfaces.

    Quality Manager/Supervisor

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving food safety and quality systems across the manufacturing sites and vendor manufacturing sites. The role ensures compliance with global regulatory, customer, and internal standards, while driving consistency, product integrity, supplier performance improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee implementation of Food Safety Management Systems, GMP, and Quality Standards at the manufacturing plant.
    • Plan, conduct, and monitor Food Safety and Risk Management Audits for suppliers, warehouses, and manufacturing plant.
    • Manage and guide executives and quality staff in routine monitoring, documentation, and verification activities pertaining to the product and ingredients quality
    • Drive investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation for customer complaints and non-conformances.
    • Review and approve product specifications, COAs, and release reports to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
    • Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards and GMP at the manufacturing site
    • Review the implementation and efficiency of the routine product quality and its inspection systems.
    • Identify and implement continuous improvement plans associated with the processing plant process and product quality consistency
    • Conduct the GMP and food safety training to the employees and its efficacy analysis.
    • Effective management of regulatory/customer/internal and other third part quality audits.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Production Quality, or similar roles in the food or FMCG industry.
    • Familiarity with HACCP, PRPs, GMPs, FSSC 22000, and food safety regulatory frameworks.
    • Experience implementing or maintaining Quality Management Systems.
    • Analytical and problemsolving skills.
