    Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager

    What Are We Looking For?

    • We seek a highly skilled Commercial Air Conditioning Sales Manager to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent market knowledge of the airconditioning industry, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.

    What Does The job Involve?

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the commercial air conditioning sector.
    • Identify and engage potential clients, including developers, contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
    • Manage and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

    Requirements (Non – Negotiable)

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial air conditioning sales.
    • Strong network within the HVAC, construction, and real estate sectors.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies for high-value projects.
    • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
