In this role, you will be responsible for the tech-enabled hubs growth and operations.
Your work will frequently be field-based, extending out in the surrounding neighborhood and community.
The Hub Operations Manager (HOM) will play an vital role in operationalizing our care model in the practice setting. In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the hubs and establish an environment in which our care model can thrive.
You will also be responsible for the growth of the hubs and the sales that come through the hubs.
You’ll work with the Hub’s clinical team to implement the self-care model and product workflows, implement a structure for ongoing measurement and improvement of hub operations and sales, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Along with the mDoc leadership team, you will cultivate an environment reflecting the values of mDoc Healthcare, including respect for our members and team members.
Requirements
Masters degree preferred.
Experience in healthcare operations and sales a plus and managing cross-functional teams
First and foremost we are looking for risk-takers with a LOT of initiative who are willing to learn and grow with and add value to a startup company that wants to help people improve their health and wellness. You must be someone who is comfortable with technology, working remotely and supporting your groups of individuals remotely. You must be responsive to their needs and willing to be adaptive
Ability to use a variety of computer systems, including practice management and electronic health record systems
Prior experience managing staff in a health setting and work well with clinical teams
Empathetic, patient, hard working problem solver
Technology savvy and enthusiastic adopter of work and personal tools.
Must be comfortable with assisting others in using technology and working remotely
Passion for improving health care experience, outcomes and costs
Fluency in English required. You will be assessed for your presentation and writing skills.
