JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and build new relationships to create strategic alliances aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring deeper market share within the industry.
Promote and deliver tailored HR and functional services to both existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and seamless delivery of services as agreed with clients.
Develop and sustain high client satisfaction levels by fostering strong working relationships.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, adopting effective business strategies and pricing models to capture target markets.
Leverage cross-jurisdictional networks to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Formulate and implement an integrated strategy to strengthen market penetration in existing markets and expand into new ones.
Lead the development and execution of the company’s brand management and corporate communications initiatives.
Strengthen and expand business relationships to drive growth and increase awareness of the company.
Oversee the company’s public relations activities, including advertising, marketing materials, and publications.
Build strategic networks with statutory bodies and key industry stakeholders.
Direct all company event planning activities.
Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all entrusted information.
Ensure compliance with the principles and policies outlined in the company’s information handbook.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing, client services, or business development, preferably within a professional services or HR solutions firm.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and client engagement strategies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
