    Chief People Officer (CPO)

    About the Role

    • KloudOpp Limited is seeking a strategic, people-centric, and results-driven Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the company’s human resources, talent management, and organizational development functions.
    • The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, preferably with senior leadership experience in high-revenue companies or scale-ups with annual revenue of $5 million and above, and a proven track record of scaling high-performance teams, building company culture, and supporting rapid organizational growth.
    • This role is responsible for developing people strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring talent acquisition, retention, learning & development, employee engagement, and driving organizational transformation.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic People Leadership:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with KloudOpp’s business objectives.
    • Advise executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    • Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and innovation-driven culture.

    Talent Acquisition & Development:

    • Lead strategic recruitment and talent acquisition for all levels, especially senior and technical roles.
    • Implement learning, development, and mentorship programs to upskill employees.
    • Drive performance management frameworks to align individual objectives with company goals.

    Employee Engagement & Culture:

    • Develop and implement strategies to maximize employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Lead initiatives that enhance company culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
    • Monitor employee experience and proactively address workforce challenges.

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Design competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive structures to attract and retain top talent.
    • Ensure pay equity, compliance, and benchmarking against industry standards.
    • Oversee bonus, performance-based incentives, and equity programs.

    Organizational Effectiveness & Compliance:

    • Implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
    • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all jurisdictions of operation.
    • Use data-driven insights to measure organizational health and inform strategic decisions.

    Executive & Board Collaboration:

    • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on all people-related matters.
    • Lead initiatives to align workforce strategy with business expansion, remote work, and global operations.
    • Provide regular reporting and analytics on talent metrics, workforce trends, and HR KPIs.

    Required Experience & Skills

    • 15+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles (VP/Head of HR, Chief People Officer).
    • Experience in companies generating $5 million+ in annual revenue, preferably in high-growth tech or service sectors.
    • Proven track record in talent strategy, organizational design, employee engagement, and culture transformation.
    • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, global workforce management, and DEI best practices.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed, or remote teams.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive advisory skills.
    • Must pass rigorous background and reference checks.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology.
    • Professional certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or People Analytics certifications.
    • Experience in tech, FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, or Logistics Tech companies.
    • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, performance management platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
