Chief Investment & Transaction Officer at Kimberly Ryan

Responsibilities:

• Lead the portfolio construction and capital allocation process including asset diversification, risk management, return targets and capital deployment process management.
• Design optimal capital structures balancing equity, debt and other innovative financial engineering-related hybrid instruments for investment initiatives and transactions being orchestrated by the firm

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced academic credentials such as an MBA, CFA, CAIA, or equivalent preferred
• Professional qualification: ACA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience in private equity, infrastructure funds, investment banking or related real asset investment sectors
• Demonstrated success leading complex, large-scale infrastructure and real asset transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Robust understanding of investment structuring, financial modeling, due diligence, and portfolio management principles.
