Job Description

• The incumbent is expected to develop innovative range of products required to position the Bank on long term sustainability in an increasingly competitive environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least ten (10) years diverse working experience in Microfinance Banking or Insurance, as well as experience in multi-functional roles within the industry with a minimum of seven (7) years at senior management level.
• Prior microfinance experience is desirable preferably within a microfinance bank with international ties.
• Experience and skills in Business Development and Marketing.
• Experience in making presentations at Board meetings and liaising with Directors.
