Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
• Ensure all food is prepared promptly and meets the restaurant's standards of excellence.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
• Modify and create recipes to meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
• Monitor food costs and control waste to ensure profitability.
• Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Address any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cook or relevant culinary position.
• Excellent knowledge in preparing local meals.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
