Channel Specialist at Transsion Holdings

Responsibilties

• Channel improvement and faster Distributor stock liquidation
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with all distributors within the city of coverage.
• Coordinate and drive sales activities to ensure consistent liquidation of distributor stock.
• Monitor and manage the Product Stock Inventory (PSI) levels for all distributors under the assigned location.
• Analyse sales and stock data to identify gaps, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to the regional or zonal management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) to support distributor growth and performance.
• Address and resolve distributor-related issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in distributor or channel sales management.
• Strong understanding of sales coordination, stock liquidation, and inventory (PSI) management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong distributor relationships.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic reporting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across locations.
• Familiarity with the Solar Industry, FMCG or mobile phone industry is an added advantage.
