Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in operations OR a Bachelor's degree or above required.
Analytical Skills: Highly data-sensitive with proven ability to analyze data effectively.
Collaboration & Drive: Excellent cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills with strong initiative and project ownership.
Preferred: Experience working in/with large-scale internet companies
