Introduction to Alimat Care Foundation (ACF)
Alimat Care Foundation (ACF), is a youth-led NGO established and incorporated in 2022. The organization actively advocates for the rights, welfare, and empowerment of women and girls in Northeast Nigeria, particularly in disadvantaged regions. Through comprehensive and evidence-based programs that is built on the principles of Accountability to Affected Population (AAP) and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), ACF aims to, increase access to quality education for girls, end violence and harmful practices against women and girls, and provide an enabling environment for girls to thrive and contribute to their communities.
ACF's mission is to improve the lives and future prospects of girls, believing that educated, protected, and empowered girls can transform their communities and break the cycle of poverty.
Our vision is a society where every girl, regardless of background, is valued, respected, and empowered to contribute positively to her community and society at large.
Purpose and Objective of the EoI
ACF is currently undertaking an update of its vendor and service provider database in compliance with its Procurement Policy. The objective of this Call for Expression of Interest (EoI) is to pre-qualify a list of reputable and reliable vendors, contractors, and firms who can provide high-quality goods and services in various categories.

ACF invites Expressions of Interest from established and qualified vendors in the following categories (but not limited to):

| A. Civil Works & Construction | Construction of new structures, Rehabilitation and renovation works, site preparation and earth works, WASH Infrastructure, electrical and mechanical installations, supervision, quality assurance and consultancy services, maintenance and facility management etc. |
| B. Information Technology (IT) | Supply and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, networking, website design/update/hosting, and data collection tools. |
| C. Office & General Supplies | General office consumables including stationery (paper, pens, files, toner, cartridges, notebooks, etc.), office equipment such as printers, scanners, copiers, shredders, and laminators, office cleaning materials and toiletries (mops, detergents, air fresheners, waste bins, tissue, etc.), installation of solar and other minor office fittings and accessories, first aid kits. |
| D. Logistics & Transportation | Vehicle hire (4x4, sedans, buses), local and inter-state travel and air ticketing services. |
| E. Communication & Visibility | Photography/videography, production of communication materials (banners, flyers), branded materials (T-shirts, caps, bags, fliers, posters, and signboards.), Printing of reports, manuals, and other IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials. |

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for pre-qualification, prospective vendors must submit valid documentation proving compliance with the following mandatory criteria:
Ethical and Compliance Clauses
ACF is committed to operating with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and social responsibility. All pre-qualified vendors must confirm their adherence to the following:

| Conflict of Interest (COI) | The vendor certifies that no current ACF staff member, board member, or their immediate family has a direct or indirect financial interest in the bidding firm. |
| Anti-Fraud & Anti-Corruption | The vendor commits to a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, bribery, kickbacks, or any corrupt practices and agrees to immediately report any suspected activity. |
| Prohibition of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (PSEAH) | The vendor and its personnel must adhere strictly to ACF’s PSEAH policy, ensuring a respectful environment and protecting all beneficiaries and staff from harm. Any breach will lead to immediate contract termination. |
| Child Safeguarding Policy | The vendor commits to ensuring that all their personnel involved in ACF-related work, directly or indirectly, do not harm, abuse, or exploit children. The vendor must comply with all national child protection laws and ACF’s Child Safeguarding Policy, including mandatory criminal background checks for staff working directly with children. ACF is a child’s right organization and does not work with suppliers or contractors who employ persons under the age of 18 years. |
| Gender Equality & Social Inclusion | The vendor commits to non-discrimination in employment practices and is encouraged to demonstrate policies supporting gender equality, diversity, and inclusion within their organization. |
| Environmental Stewardship | Vendors in relevant categories (A, B) must demonstrate a commitment to environmentally sound practices in service delivery. |

Note: This EoI is an invitation to submit information for pre-qualification purposes only and does not constitute a commitment or obligation on the part of ACF to procure any services or goods, or to enter into a contract with any firm or individual.
Important Notice
Existing vendors should consider this EOI as a revalidation exercise and are required to participate. All hitherto existing vendors will be delisted and relisted again through this exercise.
