Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to facilitate loan recovery.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
SSCE / NCE / OND / HND; a statement of result is required with the application.
Must possess either an Android phone or an iPhone.
Proximity to Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja, is essential.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays a month on paid as overtime and two Saturdays off.
Compensation and Benefits
Total Net Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 (Basic salary 50,000 Naira per month plus commission and Overtime pay).
Transportation Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Food Allowance (prorated based on attendance).
Full Attendance Bonus (payable only for full attendance).
Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage fully paid by the company.
Pension plan fully funded by the company.
Remote work: which is determined based on performance before it is merited
Review salary for increment after 1 year in employment.
