    Business / Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business/Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and manage client relationships.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
    • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
    • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs
    • Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and networking forums

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
    • Minimum of 2years’ experience in sales or business development (with leadership experience preferred)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
