Business Registration & Client Relations Officer at Brit Property Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily records of client registrations and business intake.
• Draft and dispatch subscription and completion letters, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate estate plot allocations in collaboration with Client Experience, Accounts, and Operations teams.
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate seamless client onboarding and relationship management activities.
• Make at least one direct sale every quarter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client relations, administrative support, or customer service roles (experience in real estate is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools such as Carrot Suite.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a team.
