• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Finishes Lead to oversee and deliver high-quality finishing works on high-rise construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex finishes packages, ensuring exceptional workmanship, and coordinating multiple trades to achieve world-class standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all finishing works including; Internal and external finishes, Tiling, screeding, painting, cladding, ceilings, joinery, and façade elements
• Develop and monitor detailed finishes programs aligned with overall project schedules
• Ensure timely completion of finishes in line with project milestones
• Enforce strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and design intent
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure premium finishes and minimal defects
• Drive snagging and de-snagging processes to achieve zero-defect handover
• Manage and supervise multiple finishing subcontractors
• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submissions
• Ensure subcontractors deliver work in line with contractual requirements and timelines
• Review and approve finishing materials, mock-ups, and samples.
• Ensure materials meet design specifications and quality benchmark.
• Provide regular updates on finishes progress, challenges, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and handover records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and or Masters in Building, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction, with strong specialization in finishes for high-rise buildings.
• Proven experience delivering luxury or high-end residential/commercial projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple finishing trades simultaneously
• Exceptional eye for detail and quality
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and standards
• Excellent project coordination and subcontractor management skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
