    Business Operations & Compliance Officer

    JOB SUMMARY

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations & Compliance Officer to join our Business Operations Department. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning, compliance, and sustainability of business operations across the organization.
    • The ideal candidate will work directly with the Head of Business Operations to strengthen departmental efficiency, enhance process compliance, and provide operational coverage across units.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee day-to-day departmental operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies
    • Support compliance management and operational risk reviews across all business units
    • Manage, maintain, and optimize CRM platforms and workflows, support user training
    • Provide support for internal IT operations and in-house technology tools
    • Collaborate with relevant teams and partners to oversee on-premise technology infrastructure across subsidiaries
    • Assist in developing operational policies, procedures, and process documentation
    • Prepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations on departmental performance
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains
    • Support ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, process management, or project coordination.
    • Proven experience managing and supporting CRM systems and platforms.
    • Experience deploying risk assessment, risk management and mitigation strategies.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, workflow management tools and business technology platforms.
    • Experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
    • Understanding of the software development lifecycle in an advantage.
    • A collaborative mindset with a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
    • Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
