    Business Manager (Supermart)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to join our dynamic team.
    • This role is critical in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities for our Supermart and other businesses, negotiating strategic deals, and fostering strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
    • Upselling & Account Expansion: Leverage existing client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
    • Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close strategic deals to maximize profitability and business impact.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align business development efforts with company objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
    • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of closing dealsand achieving sales targets.
    • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage clients effectively.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify market opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on them.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.
    • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams while also working independently to drive business growth.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., JotForm, HubSpot, PowerBIand business development software.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
