Job Summary

Under general supervision and within set guidelines performs accounting work of above average difficulty in the preparation, checking and maintenance of accounting/financial records, supporting documents and financial and statistical reports and performs related work as required. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The responsibilities and essential duties performed on a frequent and recurring basis by the Business Manager include the following:

• School Fees Function
• Students’ Population Statistics
• Treasury Function
• Oversee the Storekeeping activities of the school.
• Involved in the school day-to-day running expenses decisions
• Practically involved in the school budget preparation
• Involved in the school operational reports.

Knowledge of any accounting software would be an added advantage.
