Position Details

• We are looking for an experienced business manager to join our team! Do you have a passion for improving business operations and achieving our mission and vision, we want you in our team.
• The primary role of the Business Manager is to bring new business prospects by networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• You must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company.
• Strategic planning is a key part of this job, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set business goals and objectives according to company’s needs.
• Strategize implement and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
• Build long-term relationships with all key stakeholders.
• Independently responsible for project bidding organisation, business negotiation and qualification.
• Comply with company’s regulations, procedures, requirements, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Management or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in a business management or similar role.
• Experience in developing business strategy.
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
