Job Summary

• The Business Manager, Business Banking, leads and develops a team of relationship managers to achieve portfolio growth, profitability, and commercial banking objectives.
• The role is accountable for delivering CASA mobilization, quality risk asset growth, revenue, and portfolio performance targets while strengthening relationships with high-value business clients.
• It also drives team performance through effective leadership, coaching, and execution, ensuring strong portfolio quality, disciplined sales delivery, and an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the team’s deposit targets, with emphasis on low-cost CASA growth and average monthly balance (AMB) stability
• Originate and grow a quality risk asset portfolio in line with the Bank’s credit policy and risk appetite.
• Personally manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value client relationships as a senior point of contact.
• Lead, coach, and develop the relationship manager team; set clear OKRs/KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure full adherence to KYC/AML requirements, credit policies, and regulatory guidelines across all team activities

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree
•  7 - 9 years of  work experience.
