    Business Growth Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
    • Analyze market data to develop actionable insights and strategies for growth.

    Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align business development initiatives with overall company goals.

    Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

    Partnerships & Alliances:

    • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's market position and drive growth.
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.

    Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

    Performance Monitoring:

    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree with 3 - 5 years work experience.
