    Business Development / Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    What You’ll Do

    • Hit and exceed a ₦10m monthly sales target.
    • Expand our realtor network by onboarding 100+ active partners every month.
    • Achieve a 15–20% conversion rate by turning leads into sales.
    • Host at least 4 property inspections weekly with potential buyers.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and realtor partners.
    • Execute creative sales strategies to dominate the market.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
    • Strong negotiation, networking, and deal-closing skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
