The Business Development & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s business development and operations activities.
This role combines strategic planning and day-to-day management of operations to ensure the business achieves its objectives, optimizes processes, and drives growth.
The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand market presence, develop new business opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base, increasing sales and revenue.
Lead efforts to acquire new clients through targeted sales initiatives and networking.
Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and operational improvements.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Additional certifications in business operations, marketing, or leadership are a plus.
