Business Development & Operations Manager at JSK Consulting Group

Job Summary:

• The Business Development & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s business development and operations activities.
• This role combines strategic planning and day-to-day management of operations to ensure the business achieves its objectives, optimizes processes, and drives growth.
• The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand market presence, develop new business opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base, increasing sales and revenue.
• Lead efforts to acquire new clients through targeted sales initiatives and networking.
• Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and operational improvements.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Additional certifications in business operations, marketing, or leadership are a plus.
