Office Assistant / Content Creator at Kowatek Solar Limited

Job Summary

• We’re seeking a dynamic Office Assistant with strong content creation skills to support our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties while creating engaging video ads, graphics, and social media content to promote our solar products and services. This role requires excellent knowledge of managing social media platforms and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality video ads, graphic designs, infographics, and other visual content using tools like Canva, Graphics App, or AI. Turn ideas into captivating posts that align with our brand voice.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Schedule posts, engage with followers, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach.
• Administrative Support: Assist with office tasks such as data entry, scheduling meetings, managing emails, preparing reports, and coordinating with team members.
• Campaign Development: Collaborate on marketing strategies, including ad campaigns focused on solar energy awareness and customer acquisition.
• Research & Analytics: Monitor social media trends in the renewable energy sector, track engagement metrics (e.g., likes, shares, views), and provide insights to improve content.
• Other Duties: Support event planning, customer inquiries, and general office operations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or video editing (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software or using AI to work.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles; experience in the energy or IT sector is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• No Bachelor’s degree is required.
