    Business Development Officer (HMO)

    Job Description

    Synergy Wellcare Medicaid Ltd., a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Port Harcourt.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and corporate organizations.
    • Develop strategic marketing and sales initiatives to increase enrolment and client retention.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and manage client accounts effectively. Qualifications and Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the HMO or healthcare industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
    • Must be target-driven, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

    Qualification:
