Produces statistical models to help predict and follow industry trends
Analyzes the techniques and successes of competitors
Manage and retain existing relationships with clients
Conducts organizational studies and work simplification studies to help streamline business processes
Reviews clients' reports to determine weak areas and make improvements
Develops and implements records management for the filing and retrieval of records
Helps create and maintain a marketing plan for a new or existing product
Pitching of register and relationship management of prospective clients

Key Requirements:
First degree in Business Marketing or related field
3-5 years’ experience in sales or marketing or related field with the following ability to: Increase Revenue, Build strategic partnerships, making strategic decisions, increase profitability, and increasing growth in terms of business expansion, identifying sales, and pitching goods and services to new clients
General Key Performance Indicators
New Client Acquisition- at least 2 Bond register, 2 Equity register,2 mutual fund register
Development of at least one new product a year
Number of proposals sent- measures outreach activity and effort in pitching to potential clients.
Conversion Rate- Percentage of proposals converted into actual business
Timely dispatch of bills to clients on or before the 3rd of every month
Provision of required responses to clients' queries or reports within 24 hours
Timely dispatch of reports to clients on or before the 7th of every month
Client Retention Rate- percentage of clients retained over a period, showing relationship management effectivenessa
