Business Development Officer (Corporate Service Officer)
The Business Development Officer (Corporate Service Officer) will drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate accounts and securing large-scale furniture contracts.
This role focuses heavily on closing new business while ensuring a seamless, end-to-end service experience—serving as the primary point of contact for corporate clients from the initial pitch to final project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities, real estate partnerships, and large furnishing contracts.
Conduct product presentations and showroom walkthroughs to showcase our furniture solutions to corporate buyers and developers.
Draft business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals that drive sustained revenue.
Act as the primary link between corporate clients and internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure custom orders meet specifications and delivery timelines.
Manage existing corporate accounts to secure repeat business, handle orders documentation (quotations/invoices), and resolve any after-sales issues.
Monitor sales activities, maintain client records, and report regularly on performance metrics.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or B2B Account Management (experience within furniture, manufacturing, FMCG, interior solutions are highly preferred).
Strong pitching, negotiation, and contract-closing skills, combined with a highly customer-centric mindset.
Outstanding interpersonal skills to build corporate rapport and coordinate smoothly with factory and design teams.
BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
