The Role 

This recruitment is for two parallel roles with similar responsibilities but distinct focus areas:

• Lead business growth initiatives through detailed market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the laboratory and diagnostics industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies and drive revenue

Business Development Manager – Healthcare Consulting

• Drive business expansion through proposal writing, research, and data analysis
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the consulting business and expand the client base
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare organizations and stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions and business objectives

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing with a healthcare focus
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and negotiation skills (especially for consulting role)
• Ability to develop and execute effective business growth strategies
• Established network and relationships within either laboratory/diagnostics or healthcare consulting sectors
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
