    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    I-SenseVille Consults is currently recruiting for the position of Business Development Manager on behalf of our client in the real estate and construction industry. The role is to drive sales revenue by identifying, pursuing, and converting business opportunities for the company’s construction services, with a strong focus on building and sustaining profitable client relationships.

    Location: Ikota - Lekki, Lagos
    Remuneration: 300,000 Monthly Net (Negotiable)

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and execute a pipeline strategy to generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
    2. Actively pursue sales of construction and building solutions to corporate organizations, developers, real estate companies, and government MDAs.
    3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, pitches, and proposals.
    4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as agreed with management.
    5. Grow client portfolio through cold calls, site visits, networking, and relationship management.
    6. Coordinate tendering and bid preparation processes with the QS and Commercial team.
    7. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring commercially profitable terms.
    8. Track industry and market trends to provide strategic sales insights.
    9. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (architects, developers, consultants, etc.).
    10. Maintain an accurate sales CRM/reporting system.

    Education & Experience

    1. B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Development, Estate Management, Engineering, or similar.
    2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales/business development in construction or real estate.
    3. Strong sales, prospecting, closing, and negotiation skills.
    4. Strong network across real estate, construction, blue-chip corporates & public sector.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication.
    6. Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
