    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Manager / Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. 
    • This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead initiatives that contribute to overall business success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging markets, and opportunities for growth.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business success.
    • Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and investment pitches for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Track and analyze performance metrics, sales pipelines, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
    • Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and business forums to expand company visibility and influence.
    • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
    • Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Lead or support cross-functional projects aimed at improving business processes and efficiency.
    • Train and mentor junior staff or business development associates, where applicable.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a managerial role.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
