The Business Development Manager will serve as a key point of contact between Africhange and clients and will contribute to Africhange’s rapid and sustainable B2B growth.
This role utilizes strong relationship building skills, sales development, hands on experience with CRM software, and a passion for sales. If you possess experience with selling remittances or other B2B products and services to businesses, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new remittance business clients through various sales channels.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the remittance application and its features to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
Specifications
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Business Administration field
Must have confidence in selling to C-suite execs.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to effectively interact with industry professionals.
Familiarity with operating as a hunter and a closer.
Extremely smart with exceptional verbal, written and oral communication skills
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Strong time management skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
