    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
    • Expand market presence by introducing and scaling new products, driving business growth.
    • Identify and research new market opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and expansion areas.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
    • Develop and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives and profitability targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business objectives.
    • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Track and report on sales performance, revenue targets, and business development activities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Willingness to travel as needed.
