The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work on his/her own initiative and highly conversant latest lead-generating and CRM tools in managing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend and set up the company’s CRM implementation
Develop and implement effective BSB sales strategies for the firm
Identify and target prospective clients across diverse industries
Conduct market research to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and leads
Maintain a robust sales pipeline of warm leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.
Achievement of KPI’s set
Booking and arranging of first-level meetings and calls for the principal consultant with each prospect.
Develop and execute business development plans to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and market feedback.
Key Requirements:
First Degree in Social Sciences/Business Admin or any relevant field.
Experience in sales and business development in the professional services industry.
Highly digital savvy and conversant with the latest lead-generating tools
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
