Business Development Executive at iRecruiters Africa Limited

• The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work on his/her own initiative and highly conversant latest lead-generating and CRM tools in managing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend and set up the company’s CRM implementation
• Develop and implement effective BSB sales strategies for the firm
• Identify and target prospective clients across diverse industries
• Conduct market research to identify and qualify new sales opportunities and leads
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline of warm leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.
• Achievement of KPI’s set
• Booking and arranging of first-level meetings and calls for the principal consultant with each prospect.
• Develop and execute business development plans to achieve the company’s revenue and growth objectives.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, business development initiatives, and market feedback.

Key Requirements:

• First Degree in Social Sciences/Business Admin or any relevant field.
• Experience in sales and business development in the professional services industry.
• Highly digital savvy and conversant with the latest lead-generating tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
