In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the sales activity, as well as the internal business processes for the North and Anglophone West Africa region. Role Responsibilities
Using your keen eye for detail and accuracy, identify, escalate and follow-up on the execution for the resolution of issues related to the business processes.
Deliver regular reports, dashboards and feedback to the Business team to support an optimal execution of the region KPIs.
Provide the Business team with support and advice on the execution of their administrative tasks.
Contribute to the growth of the region by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the region goals.
Collect market and consumer insights to inform marketing and network development initiatives.
Monitor market trends and communicate insights into management for strategic adjustments.
Role Requirements
Previous experience in sales or servicing customer products or financial services is a plus.
Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail, analytical.
Ability to work individually, or collaborate with others in a global, fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel – knowledge of PowerBI, Salesforce, or Sharepoint is a plus.
