    Business Development and Marketing Analyst

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Development & Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying growth opportunities, performing market analysis, and executing marketing strategies that support business development. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a doer, equally comfortable diving into data as they are building relationships and co-creating with the sales and marketing teams.

     Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential partnerships.
    • Analyze data (market trends, customer behavior, competitor landscape) to inform strategic decisions and business development initiatives. 
    • Develop and maintain an actionable pipeline of leads and prospective clients. 
    • Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to win new business.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns (digital, content, events) that drive lead generation.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and ROI. 
    • Nurture relationships with existing clients and partners to drive business expansion and retention. 
    • Prepare regular strategic reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. 
    • Support cross-functional initiatives, working closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align business development activities with company goals.

     Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 
    • Proven experience (2–5 years) in business development, marketing, business analysis, or a related function.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research and data analysis. 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to craft and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals. 
    • Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
    • Results-driven, self-starter, able to operate independently as well as collaboratively. 
    • High level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. 
    • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, content) is a plus. 
    • A growth mindset: you’re comfortable experimenting, measuring, learning, and iterating.
