    Business Development and Growth Marketing Analyst

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • For this role, you will work in an exciting and fast-growing innovation Platform as a Service Model.
    • This role is the ideal opportunity for someone looking for new challenges that would allow them to make a noticeable, positive impact in the company while learning and adapting to our fast-paced scale-up environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify high-potential businesses, verticals, and markets to develop and execute outbound sales strategies to onboard new clients and users to ideasmarketplace.co.
    • Own and manage your sales pipeline from lead generation, pitching, negotiations, getting agreements signed up to handing over the deal to the Account Management Team.
    • Explore the pain points of customers understand their needs and propose high-value solutions in a consultative sale style.
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and other teams to develop and execute sales and marketing activities.
    • Represent ideasmarketplace at conferences, client meetings, and other industry-related events.
    • Learn about the Innovation as a service industry and how Ideasmarketplace provides a competitive solution to your potential customers.

    Skills & Competencies Required

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • 3 years of business to business (B2B) Business development an sales experience;
    • Sales experience in SaaS, tech and digital services is a plus but not required;
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills through different medium;
    • Strong sense of work ethic and business etiquette;
    • Strong interest in technology and digital space;
    • Have excellent intercultural competencies and experience working with a diverse team;
    • Availability to go on business trips;
    • An active profile on LinkedIn.
    • Passionate for tech and innovation and loves the startup culture.

    Salary
    N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
