Business Developer - Itel Home Store Construction at Transsion Holdings

About the Role

• We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy individuals to join our expansion team as a Business Developer focused on Itel Home Store Construction across key Southwest regions.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, supporting store construction, and ensuring seamless coordination of vendors, materials, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regional customer intention research to assess market demand and potential store performance.
• Carry out business circle combing to identify and evaluate strategic locations for new store construction.
• Collect and document site selection information from target business areas.
• Follow up on store construction processes including vendor sourcing, store setup, and logistics coordination.
• Manage the procurement and delivery of construction materials, liaising with the right partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate the first-order stock placement for newly established home stores.
• Build strong relationships with local business communities to support brand expansion and visibility.
• Provide periodic reports on progress, bottlenecks, and solutions for each region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in retail expansion, construction coordination, or field business development.
• Good understanding of the Southwest market landscape and consumer behavior.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional projects simultaneously.
