    Business Developer

    Location: LEKKI, LAGOS


    • Identify and research potential clients.
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. 
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. 
    • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 
    • Prepare sales contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support .
    • Build long-term strategic relationships with new and existing customers.        
    • Develop and maintain client relationships.        
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders .
    • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed .
    • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.                         
    • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.


    • BSc/BA,HND in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
    • 3-5 years proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
    • Proven sales track record.
    • Effective personal and team leadership skills.
    • Experience in customer support.
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Market knowledge. 
    • Negotiation skills.
    • Effective Interpersonal Skills.
    • Time management and planning skills .
