Job Summary

• Business Analyst with 7 - 8 years banking experience with Business Process Management. The specialist is to analyze and optimize banking processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. 
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in process improvement methodologies, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing banking processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Utilize BPM tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, RPA) to drive automation and process optimization.
• Develop process models, SOPs, and performance metrics to track effectiveness.
• Lead process initiatives to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of process automation solutions.
• Provide training and support to staff on new processes and best practices.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
