Description 

• We are looking for a T24 Core Banking Application Developer with 7 - 8 years banking experience with Business Process Management. The specialist will be into development, analyze, design, and optimize banking processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process improvement methodologies, banking operations, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead process reengineering initiatives to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of process automation solutions.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or technical related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in application development, business process and management
• Professional experience in development of Temenos T24/Core Banking for financial and banking institutions with a minimum of 7 years.
• Demonstrated in depth T24 development experience.
• Experience in T24 template programming, T24 customization (VERSION, ENQUIRY, online services), COB.
• Technically competent with broad knowledge of systems management, development and implementation methods with specialist knowledge of applications, Electronic Banking/Channels, and peripheral systems
• Deep understanding of the following T24 modules: System Core tables, Funds Transfer, Money Market, Forex, Securities, Derivatives, Swaps,.
• Demonstrated in-depth Java/Jbase development experience.
• Can work closely with IT Security to ensure that applications are well secured.
• Must specify and ensure application controls are incorporated during design of the software in order to check on risk exposure.
• Can work with existing systems to track and manage Change requests and user issues.
• Can perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents, and design and execute test plans.
• Understanding of modern software development concepts like Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Certification in programming.
• Demonstrated experience working on/developing web or mobile applications will be an added advantage.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent algorithmic skills and problem-solving capabilities.
