Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Brand Manager – Hair Extensions to lead brand strategy, product positioning, and market expansion.
• The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and revenue growth while building a strong emotional connection with consumers in the beauty and lifestyle space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy to strengthen market presence and brand equity
• Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Manage brand communication across digital, retail, influencer, and experiential channels
• Collaborate with sales, e-commerce, creative, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent execution
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Manage brand budgets, ROI tracking, and performance reporting
• Work closely with agencies, influencers, stylists, and content creators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in brand management within beauty, fashion, or FMCG
• Strong understanding of hair extensions, beauty trends, and consumer behavior
• Experience working with influencers, stylists, and digital campaigns
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
