    Brand Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    Brand Strategy & Development:

    • Analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitor activity to inform branding decisions.
    • Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
    • Define brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice across all platforms.

    Marketing & Campaign Execution:

    • Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to create impactful social media, email, and content marketing strategies.
    • Oversee advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

    P&L management:

    • Manage the brand P&L to ensure EBITDA delivery for the year. Look out for opportunities to improve profitability and operate campaigns with a ROI mindset
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize results.

    New product launches

    • Prepare business case for new launches and manage the entire launch network
    • Collaborate with all functions across Nigeria and India to ensure timely launch

    Who are we looking for?

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

    Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.

    Key Skills:

    • Strong understanding of market research, branding principles, and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
    • Creativity and ability to think strategically.
    • Experience working with design and advertising teams is a plus.
