Emerald Store / 68byalake is a Lagos-based garment production house specializing in structured female wear, corporate uniforms, school uniforms, and bulk garment production. We are currently restructuring and scaling operations.
We are not looking for a social media handler.
We are hiring a results-driven marketer who can secure bulk contracts and drive measurable revenue.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing & Contracts Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing bulk garment production contracts with schools, churches, corporate organizations, NGOs, hospitality businesses, and other institutions.
This role is performance-driven and target-based.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and approach schools, churches, corporate bodies, security firms, and organizations for uniform production contracts
- Generate qualified leads weekly
- Schedule and attend physical business meetings
- Present company capability profile and pricing proposals professionally
- Follow up consistently until deal closure
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and submit weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with management on pricing strategy for large contracts
- Ensure only viable, profitable contracts are pursued
- Protect company pricing structure and confidentiality
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in B2B marketing or contract acquisition
- Demonstrated record of closing institutional or bulk supply deals
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confidence in physical presentations and client meetings
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Must understand revenue targets and performance accountability
- Experience in fashion production, uniforms, textiles, or manufacturing is an advantage
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Minimum of 2 qualified contract meetings per week
- At least 1 closed contract monthly (after probation)
- Monthly revenue contribution must justify compensation
This role is not suitable for candidates who require daily supervision or who are uncomfortable with targets.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: ₦80,000 to ₦120,000
- Commission: 2% – 7% on confirmed and paid contracts
- High performers can earn significantly above base salary
- Commission is tied strictly to verified payments received by the company.
