    Brand Manager

    Code: BRM/2025/04A

    Responsibilities

    • Define and communicate the brand’s mission, vision, values and positioning.
    • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for the brand.
    • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand and align it with the company’s goals.
    • Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
    • Work with creative teams to design advertising, promotional materials and other marketing content.
    • Ensure consistency in tone, style and message across all communication channels (digital, print, and social media).
    • Collaborate with product teams to introduce new products or services that align with the brand identity.
    • Oversee the design of product packaging to reflect the brand’s image.
    • Track metrics like brand awareness, perception and loyalty to assess brand performance.
    • Work with sales, marketing, design, and other teams to align brand strategy across departments.

    Educational Qualification and Requirements

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or related disciplines. Professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Proven experience in same or related position.
    • Ability to develop long-term brand strategies.
    • Proficiency in Digital Marketing and social media platforms.
    • Ability to craft compelling brand messages and present ideas effectively.
    • Proficiency in analyzing data and using insights to inform decisions.
    • Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative brand campaigns.
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external agencies.
