You will sit at the intersection of vision, execution, stakeholders, and users, ensuring that ideas are translated into clear roadmaps, shipped outcomes, and measurable impact.
    Key Responsibilities

    Product Strategy & Ownership

    • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products and programs
    • Translate leadership vision into clear product strategy and execution plans
    • Define product goals, success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and roadmaps
    • Ensure alignment between product strategy and organisational objectives

    Product Discovery & Design

    • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis
    • Identify real user problems and opportunities across communities, partners, and customers
    • Define product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
    • Collaborate with design, media, and technical teams to shape solutions

    Cross-Functional Execution

    • Work closely with engineering, media, operations, marketing, and partnerships teams
    • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery timelines
    • Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards
    • Act as the single source of truth for product decisions

    Performance, Iteration & Optimisation

    • Track product performance against defined metrics
    • Gather feedback post-launch and continuously improve products
    • Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and resolve them proactively
    • Use data, insights, and user behaviour to inform decisions

    Stakeholder & Partner Management

    • Interface with internal leadership, external partners, consultants, and funders
    • Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes
    • Prepare product briefs, reports, and presentations for executive review
    • Support fundraising, partnerships, and grant-backed product initiatives

    Products You May Work On

    • Climate & sustainability platforms (Eco-Park, Mangrove Marathon, education tools)
    • Social development programs and advocacy initiatives
    • Digital platforms, membership communities, and content ecosystems
    • Knowledge-based products, courses, and experiential programs
    • Commercial ventures and pilot innovations

    Required Experience & Qualifications

    • 5+ years experience in Product Management or related roles
    • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder products
    • Strong understanding of product frameworks (Agile, Lean, OKRs, Roadmaps)
    • Ability to manage both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
    • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

    Strong Advantage If You Have

    • Experience across non-tech or hybrid products (programs, platforms, ecosystems)
    • Background in sustainability, development, media, or startups
    • Experience working with founders or leadership teams
    • Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

What Success Looks Like in This Role

    • Clear, documented product roadmaps across portfolios
    • Products that ship, scale, and deliver measurable impact
    • Strong cross-team alignment and execution discipline
    • Reduced chaos, clearer priorities, and better outcomes

    Why Join PDO Inc

    • You will work on meaningful products with real-world impact
    • Exposure to climate, development, enterprise, and innovation ecosystems
    • High ownership, high visibility, and leadership access
    • Opportunity to grow into Head of Product / Portfolio Lead
