    Content Studio & Post-Production Lead

    Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, creatively sharp Content Studio & Post-Production Lead to run PDO Inc’s content engine end-to-end.

This role sits at the intersection of administration, editing, and creative execution. You will manage the studio, organise raw content, and transform long-form recordings into high-performing short-form and long-form assets across all PDO platforms.

If you understand story, pacing, hooks, structure, and systems, this role is for you.

    Core Responsibilities

    Studio & Content Administration

    • Manage studio schedules, recordings, and equipment
    • Organise raw footage, audio files, and creative assets
    • Maintain a clean, structured content archive
    • Coordinate recording sessions, creators, and timelines

Shared Editing & Repurposing (Core Focus)

    • Break down long-form content into short-form clips (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, X, LinkedIn)
    • Identify high-impact moments, hooks, and soundbites
    • Create multiple edits from a single recording for different platforms
    • Ensure content aligns with brand tone and platform best practices

    Video Editing & Post-Production

    • Edit videos for social media, webinars, documentaries, and campaigns
    • Add captions, basic motion graphics, transitions, and sound design
    • Optimise content formats for each platform
    • Maintain consistent visual identity across brands

    Content Workflow & Output Management

    • Work closely with Social Media Executives and Brand Leads
    • Ensure timely delivery of content calendars
    • Track content performance feedback and iterate edits
    • Support live sessions, campaigns, and launches

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience as a video editor / content repurposer
    • Strong understanding of short-form content psychology
    • Proficiency in tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
    • Excellent file organisation and workflow discipline
    • Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality

    Bonus (Nice to Have)

    • Experience working with founders, thought leaders, or media brands
    • Familiarity with AI tools for captions, editing, or automation
    • Basic graphic or motion design skills
    • Understanding of podcast and webinar editing

Why This Role Matters at PDO Inc

    • You are not “just editing videos” — you are powering the entire brand ecosystem
    • One recording → dozens of assets → multiple platforms
    • Your work directly impacts visibility, authority, and revenue
    • Who This Role Is NOT For
    • Editors who only want one-off projects
    • People without structure or follow-through
    • Slow turnaround creatives

    What You Get

    • Consistent, high-volume content to work with
    • Creative autonomy within a clear system
    • Growth into Head of Media / Content Operations
    • Front-row seat to building multiple national and global brands
