Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand/Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, marketing campaigns, consumer engagement, and market expansion for a growing FMCG/consumer brand.
• The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with the UK and/or European market and be able to combine brand strategy, digital marketing, retail/trade marketing, consumer insights, and commercial execution to drive brand visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, positioning, consumer engagement, and market growth.
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, retail, outdoor media, and brand activations.
• Drive trade marketing and retail visibility, working closely with sales and distribution teams to improve product presence and demand.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, roadshows, sampling, and consumer engagement activities.
• Monitor consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, influencers, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Develop and oversee marketing content and communications across relevant platforms while ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, sales impact, and ROI, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 4 - 10 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or a related function.
• Mandatory: Proven professional experience working with the UK and/or European market.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Retail, or another consumer-facing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, trade/retail marketing, and product launches.
• Demonstrable experience working with Sales/Commercial teams and using marketing activities to drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer insights, market research, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, project management, and commercial decision-making skills.
