Gray Events is hiring ambitious Brand Growth Executives to help grow our premium event brand.

This is a 100% remote role for confident, relationship-driven individuals who enjoy networking, creating opportunities, and converting conversations into event bookings. No previous sales or event experience is required—we value attitude, communication skills, and ambition.

What You'll Do

• Source and attract qualified event clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships.
• Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
• Book consultations with the Gray Events team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records.
• Meet monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Active on social media platforms.
• Able to work independently.

Compensation

• Performance Salary: ₦150,000/month (performance-based)
• Commission on every confirmed booking.
