Role Summary
The Branch Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of all branch operations, including overseeing the daily activities of the Front Office Staff, Servicing & Technical Teams, and other support staff within the branch. This role ensures smooth operations, optimizes service quality, drives sales, and ensures the overall success and profitability of the branch.

Experience & Industry Requirements
- Total Experience Minimum 5 years – Maximum 10 years
- Industry Background Automobile Industry / Automobile Service Industry / Tyre & Lubricant Industry (Mandatory)
- Branch Handling Experience Preferred
- Location Exposure Lagos / Metro market preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Branch Operations Management Overall control of daily branch operations. Supervise Front Office (billing, invoicing, indoor sales, reception) and Technical Teams (wheel alignment, tyre fitting/repair, service bays). Ensure strict SOP adherence and operational discipline. 25%
- Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales of tyres, lubricants, batteries, and accessories. Achieve branch targets, execute promotions, track performance, and develop new business opportunities. 20%
- Customer Service & Escalation Handle customer complaints and escalations. Monitor feedback and implement service improvements to ensure high customer satisfaction. 15%
- Inventory & Stock Management Coordinate stock replenishment with central warehouse. Ensure accurate stock records, movements, and controls through Store/Warehouse Supervisor. 10%
- Administrative Control Manage branch administration, petty cash, documentation, reporting, and statutory compliance. Coordinate with HR & Admin on manpower and performance. 5%
- SOP Compliance & ERP Management Ensure adherence to SOPs across sales and service. Ensure all transactions are properly captured in ERP/CRM systems. 5%
- Team Management & Development Lead, train, and develop Front Office, Technical, Warehouse, and Support staff. Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans. 5%
- Cashflow & Financial Control Monitor daily cashflow, control expenses, ensure budget adherence, and coordinate with Finance for accurate reporting. 5%
- Local Liaison & Stakeholder Management Liaise with local authorities, vendors, banks, security agencies, and service providers to ensure smooth branch operations. 5%
- Facility & Asset Management Ensure cleanliness, safety, security, and upkeep of branch premises, equipment, tools, and machinery. 5%
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Education HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field MBA / Master’s Degree
- Technical Exposure Knowledge of automotive products & services Certifications in tyres, batteries, lubricants, solar panels, UPS/inverters
- Experience 5–8 years in supervisory/branch roles Strong ERP/CRM, inventory & financial systems exposure
- 3–5 years in automobile / tyre / lubricant / battery / service industry Central warehouse coordination experience
- People Management Proven team leadership and branch handling Multi-function team management experience
